This article presents Mass Personalisation as a Service (MPaaS) as an Industry 4.0–aligned model for resilient, customer-centric production. It examines how manufacturing ecosystems can dynamically respond to disruptions—such as supply chain variability—while still meeting the needs of personalised products.

The study demonstrates MPaaS across a real-world case, highlighting how digital technologies can enable robust, scalable, and customer-focused personalization systems.
